This machine is suitable for slitting papers and adhesive sticker,film and other material cutting and rewinding machine.




Feature:

1.       Entire machine is controlled by PLC,man-machine interface touch screen operation.

2.       Unwind adopts Taiwanese magnetic powder brake,tension is automatic(optional device:Italy RE pneumatic brake)

3.       Rewinds adopt 4 servo motors,tension is automatic controlled by PLC.

4.       Equipped with automatic rewind pushing function through robot arm.

5.       Unwind lift adopts shaft-less type.Save labour force and convenient.

Optional parts:
1. Other size cutting shaft It can be made as per the required core I. D.

2. Cutting supporter For supporting log roll when cutting core below 38mm.

3. Auto blade grinder It can keep the blade sharp for easy operation.

4. Safety cover To protect operator during the production which is compliant to the CE regulation.

and preparation of machines.Moreover,we will training your operators, so that you can use the machine in a best way.  

3.Clients Training Services
LianQi Company advise The buyer could send their own technican come to our factory to learn how to operate machines. LianQi Company
technician will teach and train the learners hand by hand till he can operate machine by himself.Obviouslly, Traning within Installation period
is acceptable.

4.After Sales Service
