Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll, and craft paper, copy paper, adhesive paper, fabric, laminated, coated materials etc. All kinds film and paper printing of various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
1. Imported PLC for centralized control,all functions are operated under touch screen,cound set working parameters and display status at screen.
2. Main motor drived by the variable frequency motor,and controlled by the inverter,have smooth and fast speed.
3. Rewinding adopts differential air shafts by the variable frequency motor,automatic tension control.
4. Unwinder by the variable frequency motor,and controlled by the inverter,automatic tension control.
5. Unwinder adopts shaft-less loading and unloading,lifting by hydraulic,it is easy for loading, unloading and with high efficiency,has web guide system.
6. It adopts rotary knife for slitting,regularity disc surface, the scrap dege discharged by the blower.
7. The system has meter counting, calculate roller diameter, automatic stop by setting length.
8. The system has a perfect integration design with machine, electricity and pneumatic, and takes complete safety protective measures.
9. This machine is equipped with automatic cutout/infrared automatic feeding tube core/automatic discharge (function optional)
