Application:
Suitable for BOPP,PVC,PE,masking paper tape,imported high-grade double-side tape,kraft tape,conductive foam tape,duct tape,industiral tape,protective film,etc.
Feature:
1. Entire machine is controlled by PLC,man-machine interface touch screen operation.
2. Unwind adopts Taiwanese magnetic powder brake,tension is automatic(optional device:Italy RE pneumatic brake)
3. Nip rollers are driven by 1 servo motor,Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tensions' intervened.
4. Rewinds adopt 4 servo motors,tension is automatic controlled by PLC.
5. Equipped with automatic rewind pushing function through robot arm.
6. Unwind lift adopts shaft-less type.Save labour force and convenient.
Optional parts:
1. Other size cutting shaft It can be made as per the required core I. D.
2. Cutting supporter For supporting log roll when cutting core below 38mm.
3. Auto blade grinder It can keep the blade sharp for easy operation.
